1. Are responsible for ensuring that all those who wish to participate in the Club's activities are treated fairly and on an equal basis.2. The provision of training and assessment of candidates for various awards provided by the Club or by the Amateur Swimming Association.3.3. The selection, recruitment and training of swimmers.3.4. Any disciplinary matter.3.5. The content, production and distribution of all publicity material used by the Club and / or the ASA (e.g. use of photographs or language, which may imply any bias and / or stereotyping).
