Last Chance Gala

Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th January 2010
This year we have extended the time trial to inclue 400m events and again have applied for a licence, the aim for this gala is to allow swimmers to achieve a last minute times to qualify for the County Championships. Distances offered from 50m to 400m in all strokes.

15th Masters & Senior Age Group (16-24) Valentines Sprint Meet
13th February 2010
Incorporating the Suffolk County ASA Masters & Senior Age Group (16 -24) Championships .
Non-licensed meet open to all Masters swimmers aged 16+. 50m races in all strokes plus 100m I.M. and 200m Freestyle. Awards made to top three swimmers in each age group plus Top Club. Fun cannon relay at the end. entry pack ->
