RE: Entry Pack – 2007 Suffolk County ASA Development Championships
Please find attached Individual Entry Forms including Disability Specific Forms, Qualifying Times, Schedule of Events and Summary Form for the 2007 County Development Championships to be held at Crown Pools Ipswich on Saturday June 16th and Sunday June 17th.
These Championships will be run in line with the main County Championships, but the following additions will apply plus the Supplementary Disability Swimming Conditions.
• The event is a Licensed Level Three meet for the first time 3ER7080)
• All swimmers that have qualified for Regional Championships or higher will be excluded from the events they have qualified in
• There are upper and lower qualifying times
• Events and age groups are as shown on the Schedule of Events
• Disability events and eligible categories are as shown on the entry forms
• Disability swimmers will need a Functional Ability Card (FAC) at the time of entry (to be confirmed)
• All events will be Heat Declared Winner
• Age is on the last day of competition (i.e. 17.6.07)
• If the event is over subscribed, the highest placed swimmers in the March County Championships will be rejected first – others at the discretion of the Championships Secretaries
The event will be run without entry cards.
Please note that the swimmer is required to sign the declaration, not somebody on his or her behalf.
Club Co-ordinators - one cheque only per Club please payable to Suffolk County ASA and please, where possible, can you include an e-mail address.
